Hey, I’m Ryley Wilson — founder of Vaxa Media, future counselor, proud husband, and dad to a busy little guy who’s already almost a year old (seriously, where does the time go?).

I started Vaxa Media because I know what it’s like to want to pour everything into your clients—but still have a business to grow and a life to live. I'm currently earning my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and along the way, I’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming marketing can be for counselors and therapists who just want to focus on what matters most: their clients.

Before diving into the mental health world, I earned my Bachelor’s in Marketing from the University of Tampa and spent five years in sales—from real estate to tech to fire safety. That experience taught me how to create powerful systems that get results. Now, I use that knowledge to help counseling practices grow through automation, AI integration, reputation management, and custom web design.

At Vaxa Media, my goal is simple: help you get more clients, build your reputation, and free up your time—so you can focus on healing others and taking care of yourself, too.

When I’m not working, you can usually find me on the golf course, playing music, or spending quality time with my amazing family.
